The Commonwealth of Virginia offers many state services and programs to benefit its citizens. My Citizens’ Handbook, issued every two years, contains the contact information for all state agencies, from the well known agencies such as the Department of Motor Vehicles to the Department of Transportation to lesser known ones such as the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries.
